Prof. Dr. Hj. Sri Gambir Melati, SH

Experience:
Prof. Dr. Hj. Sri Gambir Melati, SH, commonly known as Prof. Gambir, is a Professor of Civil Law Concerning Obligations from the Faculty of Law of University of Indonesia since 2000. Prof. Gambir has authored books, general treatises and papers on Indonesian law including regarding the development of law in Indonesia, business law, sale and purchase leases and marriage law. She also gave the inaguaral speech in front of the faculty and students at University of Indonesia entitled “Peranan Itikad Baik Dalam Kontrak dan Perkembangannya (The Role of Good Faith in Contracts)“.

At DEPP, Prof. Gambir provides guidance and advice in Indonesian Civil Law including Indonesian Business and Commercial Law, Law on the Individual, Property Law, Law on General Obligations under Contracts and Law on Evidence, Forestry Law and Marriage Law.
