Experience
Sri has advised foreign clients on numerous share and asset acquisitions including acquisitions of mining companies, shipping companies, trading companies, tourism and hospitality companies and industrial and manufacturing companies.

Sri also assists foreign clients in the establishment of local companies (through domestic and foreign capital investment) including guiding clients through the application process with the Foreign Investment Coordinating Board and the licenses and permits required under Indonesian law for each particular company according to its line of business.

Sri has extensive experience in dealing with manpower and immigration issues and regularly interfaces with the Ministry of Manpower and Immigration Offices. She also has extensive knowledge of environmental laws in Indonesia and assists clients with environmental issues that arise in connection with infrastructure and power projects and company acquisitions.

Sri advises mining and oil and gas clients and was involved in an in depth review of Indonesian mining laws and regulations as well as oil and gas laws and regulations and presented a white paper to the Indonesian government for the amendment of oil and gas laws and regulations.

Sri advises lenders and borrowers in connection with secured lending transactions in Indonesia including in connection with complex debt refinancing. Sri has a wealth of experience in dealing with banking and finance and capital markets regulators.
